Your Integrator:
Serious About Results, Lighthearted About Everything Else
Entrepreneurship Runs in My Blood (And So Does the Hustle)
I grew up watching my mother build her small business from the ground up. Not for profit alone, but to help others realize their own dreams. Through her, I learned that entrepreneurship was an opportunity to make an impact on people’s lives.
I saw her dedication — the long hours at her desk, her fervent commitment. And I wondered if there was a way to build impact without the constant hustle.

My Journey to Alignment
My path to becoming an Integrator wasn't linear. I explored different roles and industries, gaining experience in operations, marketing, and team management. When I found myself supporting the growth of a fast-scaling commercial real estate firm, something clicked. I saw how critical a clear brand foundation and well-designed systems were to scaling a business without losing its soul.
But I was also learning what it felt like to live out of alignment.
The corporate grind, the stress of building someone else's vision, the disconnect between my values and my daily reality — it all took a toll. Living out of alignment drained my energy and eventually developed into a chronic illness. My body was telling me what my mind already knew: this wasn't sustainable for me.
So I made the choice to try a different path. I became a certified Online Business Manager (OBM) and later a Certified Director of Operations. I launched Damn Good Systems because I wanted to build a life I actually loved — one where I could help purpose-driven founders create businesses that make an impact on the world while supporting the lives they want to live.
Building and scaling a business doesn't mean you have to scale back your life or your joy.
That lived experience is why every Momentum Map VIP Week starts with getting clear on your mission, vision, and values. Because if your business plan doesn't support those foundational pieces, you're building on shaky ground no matter how good your systems are. I learned that lesson in my own life, and I build it into every client engagement.
Why I Do This Work
I became an entrepreneur because I wanted:
The freedom to build a life aligned with my values
The flexibility to prioritize what matters most
The ability to make an impact helping others do the same
You deserve the same thing.
Whether your vision includes more time with family, location freedom, creative space, or simply the capacity to lead without burning out, your business should support that vision rather than compete with it.
I help purpose-driven founders (especially BIPOC and LGBTQ visionaries) create the operational foundation that makes both impact and alignment possible. Because you shouldn't have to choose between building something meaningful and actually enjoying your life.
